friendly, energetic amazing team. Sarah and Jeff were both very responsive to phone calls and text messages. They were friendly and knowledgeable of the market. They explained things clearly and answered any questions we had about houses, the market, or the buying process. I loved working with them in person to find our house. I also appreciated that they did video walk thru viewings of houses when we were far away in Canada, which helped immensely so we didn't have to constantly travel back and forth. Amazing service for a Realtor! AAA rating in my opinion. Branden is an amazing realtor and would recommend him to anyone. He went WAY above and beyond the realtor experience. He helped us through the process of purchasing our home and gave us a gift basket after the process. He was detailed in helping along the path of closing. Top tier, highly recommend . Having bought/sold multiple properties over the last 12 years, dealing with a realtor is something I have dreaded in the past. Typically, the realtor approach is one based in selfishness and this transaction with Ashley Householder and the Collins Team changed that for us. Ashley is top tier, her communication, knowledge and overall approach was exactly what we needed. I have never taken the time to even leave a review as I believe in being honest and had I reviewed previous realtors I would have had to call out their nonsense but Ashley was nothing but on it the entire time. Ash is THE golden girl. I don’t know where to start- Ashley Hoseholder surpassed all expectations as a caring, kind, and calm professional but also fierce and  dedicated. I always  wondered what was the point of using an agent when  selling or buying a house- and now I know why. We had a complicated contingency buying and selling and she made it happen. An All-Around Joy:

Ashley Householder was an absolute joy to work with. My home buying process was on the quicker end of the spectrum; a large part of the speed and efficiency was due to Ashley and her intelligence and professionalism.

She is very knowledgeable of the Northern Arizona region and is up to date on the current market and conditions and is able to relay that successfully into strategies to ensure that both parties walk away from a deal happy. Her communication is excellent and her ability to be flexible for meeting at various places was a great plus to keep things moving quickly.
