  • Purchasing a new home can be challenging and stressful. But completing a long distance real estate purchase can be even more difficult. Searching for a retirement home in Flagstaff when we live in San Diego was made easy by Nicole Cumbie of Realty One Group in Flagstaff. After talking on the phone and assessing our needs we started receiving daily links to property searches that met our criteria and we talked more about different neighborhoods and lifestyles. Nicole is very personable and easy to communicate with and so knowledgeable about all the areas of Flagstaff. We quickly narrowed down our favorites and went to Flagstaff at Thanksgiving and Nicole had arranged a viewing of 5 homes that day. Not really planning on purchasing right then, our favorite online was even better in person. Acreage on a single level with privacy was our goal and we made an offer the next day. Though the distance separated us, the lines of communication were always open and Nicole always responded immediately, and was always professional even in the face of some adverse issues. She has the personality traits that are necessary when selecting a Realtor and we are happy to have found her at Realty One Group.

Lynn Crawford and the Collins team is excellent in every way! My wife and I are both from Arizona but live and work overseas. We wanted to buy a house in Flagstaff and found Lynn. She was amazing. She spend two summers showing us around different neighborhoods while we slowly decided what and where we wanted. She never pressured us in the least! Working overseas we needed someone who was willing to go the extra mile. Because we weren't local we relied on Lynn to recommend people for every aspect of the home purchase. Everyone she recommended was top notch! She handled each step like a pro and was able to keep things moving along nicely for us, even though we were literally on the other side of the world! We've purchased homes before but Lynn Crawford was the best agent we've ever had! I can't recommend Lynn Crawford and the Collins team enough!
