Purchasing a new home can be challenging and stressful. But completing a long distance real estate purchase can be even more difficult. Searching for a retirement home in Flagstaff when we live in San Diego was made easy by Nicole Cumbie of Realty One Group in Flagstaff. After talking on the phone and assessing our needs we started receiving daily links to property searches that met our criteria and we talked more about different neighborhoods and lifestyles. Nicole is very personable and easy to communicate with and so knowledgeable about all the areas of Flagstaff. We quickly narrowed down our favorites and went to Flagstaff at Thanksgiving and Nicole had arranged a viewing of 5 homes that day. Not really planning on purchasing right then, our favorite online was even better in person. Acreage on a single level with privacy was our goal and we made an offer the next day.
