Prescott, Arizona houses the downtown historical area known as Whiskey Row. At the turn of the century, a fire burned down most of the buildings along Whiskey Row.
Prescott is a popular retirement community with many avid golfers. Prescott is also home to Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University – Prescott.
Prescott is nestled comfortably in the Bradshaw Mountains of central Arizona, at a hight of 5,400 ft. Average daytime temperatures are consistantly above 50 °F the whole year, the highs generally are in the high 80 °F range in the summer, and 50 °F – 60 °F range in the winter/fall months.
