22 Jan Lake Havasu Bike Build-Off: Legends of Route 66

The motor-happy culture of Lake Havasu City strikes again! Beginning Friday January, 29 and running through the weekend, this all ages event organized by local businesses is aimed to raise awareness and benefits for at-risk and homeless veterans. So you’ll be happy to know your attendance will be contributing to an excellent cause! Not only will you get to experience the main event—the Motorcycle Build-Off including choppers, baggers and street cruisers—there will also be a host of other events, activities and live music! Even if you’re not a huge fan of motorcycles, perhaps you are a fan of the old fashioned pedal-powered bike? There will be a bicycle build competition as well with school team, individual and retailer entires – watch them build a bike from scratch! The event will also be host to a tattoo contest for all the ink fanatics, Hot Wheels races to excite the kids, arm wrestling, motorcycle and car poker run and shine & show, bikes for sale and more!
