16 Jan Flagstaff’s Dew Downtown Winter Festival

Take advantage of this El Niño amplified winter weather with the Dew Downtown Flagstaff Winter Festival! If you are a skier, snowboarder or general winter sport junkie, you’ll be happy to hear that the beauty of the recent 30 inch January snowstorm will not be going to waste. The Dew Downtown Festival strikes again in 2016 and is sure to excite the whole family with a slew of snow loving events. If you aren’t a Flagstaff local, you’ll want to be sure and come up the hill for this awesome weekend event! Us locals know not to miss it!

The festival will have two locations. The first will be in downtown Flagstaff, Saturday January 30th. During the downtown takeover, there will be tons of awesome events, activities.. and snow! Come see the snow play area with the family, enjoy the New Belgium beer garden with your 21 and over pals, show off your ice skating skills at the Skating Rink on San Francisco Street, get your FREE snowboard and ski lessons and much more!

Day two, Sunday January 31st, will be located at Arizona Snowbowl a few miles to the Northwest. This is where this year’s ski and snowboard competition will take place. Register yourself for the competition here for $25, or come and spectate and park for free! The competition is being held at Arizona Snowbowl this year due to Flagstaff’s commitment to water conservation!
